HEJ LEIF takes over the courtyard in Den Gamle By for this Thursday’s ALLEY CAT, blending iconic melodies from the past with recordings by contemporary artists.
While working in record shops, Sebastian Dalmar and Joachim Schiødt spent years competing to find the most obscure and wonderfully quirky old Danish records. In 2019, they finally decided to join forces and make the most of their growing collections, giving rise to the duo HEJ LEIF.
Since then, they have played hundreds of shows across Denmark and launched the dance concept Dans(k) Hele Natten (“Dance All Night”), bringing together audiences young and old through the sounds of another era.

- Free with admission (Student: DKK 105 / Adult: DKK 205 / Under 18s: free admission)
- Your admission ticket gives you access to Den Gamle By throughout the day from 10.00 – 21.00, including the rest of the Den Gamle by night programme
