Den Gamle By also has a large poster exhibition, and a special exhibition about craftsmanship in the galleries behind the Mintmaster’s Mansion. There are also museums with silverware, porcelain and earthenware, watches, jewellery and toys with thousands of exhibits in glass display cabinets.
The Hjørring House Story shows how Den Gamle By moves a building, and what you discover in the way of small insects in old furniture and duvets, behind the wallpaper and in the water and waste pipes. And Museum 1927 is a traditional museum where the exhibits are up to 10,000 years old.
