Meeting point
- The main entrance at Viborgvej 2, 8000 Aarhus C – unless otherwise agreed.
- Please contact the Information desk on arrival.
- The staff will introduce you to your tour guide.
Cancellation
- Booked guided tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before your visit. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be invoiced for the tour fee.
- Booked guided tours must be cancelled by telephone or email. To cancel by telephone, call Den Gamle By on weekdays between 10.00 and 17.00.
